Any contraindications are also ruled out.The procedure takes place in the doctor’s office, without anaesthetic. In fact, the procedure is virtually painless. To plump up the lips, Dr. Hayot uses a highly cross-linked hyaluronic acid, injected with a very fine needle. Depending on the patient’s indication, the procedure takes between 15 and 30 minutes.At the end of the session, you can resume your usual activities: there’s no need to avoid social contact! In some cases, a slight swelling of the lips may occur, in which case the doctor will prescribe a dose of corticosteroids to be taken the day after the procedure.

The results of the injection are visible immediately after the session, although it is generally necessary to wait 15 days to appreciate the optimal result.
