With this patient, the challenge was to correct her tired look. Without touching the upper eyelids, we removed the bags and filled in the dark circles. We brightened up the face by working on the malar area and temples, as well as the nasolabial folds. Her look is much fresher and more harmonious.
Transconjunctival removal of under-eye bags
In this patient, I performed a transconjunctival removal of the bags under the eyes, but above all I injected fat into the rim of the eye, the malar, the temple and the lateral part of the cheekbone. The result was a more beautiful and fresh look.
