Aesthetic medicine
Injections of Botox or hyaluronic acid, or the insertion of tensor threads, can give you a “youthful glow” with one undeniable advantage: they are light procedures, carried out in the doctor’s office, and you can resume your activities the same day.
They can also complement surgery when an intervention is preferable to achieve true rejuvenation.
Unlike a non-surgical practitioner, who can only perform cosmetic medical procedures, a surgeon will be able to determine what is best suited to your specific needs: light procedures if he or she believes the result will be harmonious, surgery (blepharoplasty, facelift, lipofilling) when cosmetic medicine has reached its limit.

Hyaluronic acid
Hyaluronic acid is a molecule naturally present in our skin, guaranteeing hydration, elasticity and tone.Hyaluronic acid has a volumizing effect that compensates for the loss of relief associated with aging. By re-establishing a harmonious contour, it smoothes out wrinkles and folds caused by fat loss, restoring fullness to the face.Hyaluronic acid also has the advantage of being very well tolerated, and naturally resorbed by the body.Dr Hayot uses several types of hyaluronic acid adapted to each area treated: temples, cheekbones, mouth, mouth contour, nasolabial fold…
Botox
Botox injections help reduce expression lines and mobility wrinkles: crow’s feet, forehead wrinkles, but also chin and neck wrinkles. To avoid paralyzing the forehead and giving the frozen look seen in many botox patients, Dr. Hayot uses a special technique known as micro- or derma-botox. He injects into the superficial layers of the forehead skin without touching the muscle: the product works only on the superficial muscle fibers, and the result is much more natural. At rest, wrinkles are invisible, but when the face is animated, the forehead remains mobile and expression is preserved.
Belkyra Kybella
This product effectively treats double chins. Belkyra contains a bile acid naturally present in the body which has the property of destroying fat cells and causing a slight retraction of the skin due to the inflammatory reaction. This is an alternative to liposuction, but the injection is performed in the doctor’s office and does not require anesthesia. The result is definitive.
Tensor threads
Tensor threads are an effective way of combating aging skin on the face and neck. Thanks to a dual mechanical and biological action, the threads visibly tighten the skin in the treated area, and are naturally broken down by the body after 18 months. This is a light technique, generally reserved for patients aged 30 to 45 (moderate skin slackening).
Ulthera
Ulthera treatment (or Ultherapy) is a cutting-edge technology that uses ultrasound to stimulate collagen production in the dermis. The result is firmer, more elastic skin on the face, neck and décolleté.
