This patient had very large bags and a heavy upper eyelid. We performed an addition blepharoplasty and then sculpted the eyes using the patient’s own fat. We completed the procedure by performing nanofat, i.e. regenerative medicine, on the rest of the face to treat the skin quality.
With this patient, the challenge was to achieve a natural, subtle result, comparable to restoring a work of art and leaving a trace on it without it showing. We performed an addition blepharoplasty, retaining a few wrinkles, removing puffiness and tightening the skin of the lower eyelid. We worked very discreetly on the cheekbones and malar area for a fresh look.
