The conversation with Dr Hayot
By video, some twenty minutes: he examines your photographs, listens to your request and tells you what is possible, what is not, and what can wait.

The plan and the quotation
You receive a treatment plan and a written quotation. If there is a procedure, a single trip to Paris is enough: consultation at the practice the day before, then the procedure itself.

Before writing to us
Is it necessary to come to Paris for a first opinion?
No. Teleconsultation makes it possible to confirm an indication and to receive a quotation remotely. Travel is required only if there is a procedure, in a single stay.
How much does a procedure cost?
The fee depends on the indication and on the procedure. It is specified after examination, at the practice or by teleconsultation, and the secretariat sends you a written quotation. No fee is set without having seen the patient.
What should be brought to the consultation?
The first consultation is there to examine, not to sell. Bring, if you have them, the reports of your previous procedures and your current prescriptions.
And in an emergency?
For an ocular emergency, contact 15 or the nearest ophthalmological emergency department. If you have been operated on at the practice, call the secretariat.
May I book online?
Booking an appointment online remains possible on Doctolib, but the secretariat remains the surest way of being directed to the right consultation.
