The philosophy

Restoring without transforming

Every gaze carries a story, and it is that story which must be preserved. Dr Hayot’s approach begins with a rigorous anatomical reading: fat compartments, skin tone, muscular dynamics, in order to restore without freezing, to lighten without erasing, to correct without ever distorting. The truest result is the one that nobody notices: people find you rested, without being able to say why.

“My role is not to remake a face, but to give back to it the light that time had veiled.”
Dr Bernard Hayot
01

What is injected must be able to be removed

This is the rule that governs the choice of products. Hyaluronic acid is retained because hyaluronidase makes it possible to dissolve it: in the event of excess or of an accident, it allows one to go back.

Non-reversible products are set aside, not for their efficacy but because they leave no possibility of going back.

02

Living matter rather than a product

Lipostructure harvests, prepares and reinjects your own adipose tissue in order to restore the volume that has been lost. Living matter, biocompatible, lasting.

The quality of the defibrosing, the removal of the fibrous membranes that surround the adipocytes, determines the survival of the graft.

03

The envelope and the volume are treated together

The CO₂ laser treats the quality of the skin: fine lines, laxity, texture. Combined with transconjunctival blepharoplasty, it resurfaces the skin of the eyelids without any cutaneous scar.

It acts on the envelope, where the fat restores the volume, and the two procedures complement each other.
