Removal of puffiness and microlipostructure of the dark circles
With this patient, the challenge was to correct her tired appearance. Without touching the upper eyelids, we removed the bags and filled in the dark circles. We brightened the face by working on the malar area and the temples, as well as on the nasolabial folds. Her gaze is now much fresher and more harmonious.
Transconjunctival removal of under-eye bags
With this patient, I performed a transconjunctival removal of the bags under the eyes, but above all I injected fat into the eye contour, the malar area, the temple and the outer part of the cheekbone.
The result is a more beautiful, fresher gaze.
