It is possible to restore the loss of volume with lipofilling; I do not recommend hyaluronic acid injections in the upper eyelid.

Hyaluronic acid must never be injected into the tear trough, because it never fully resorbs. For this area I recommend fat injection only.

Hello. To remove the bags, I perform a blepharoplasty (transconjunctival removal of the bags). This laser technique avoids cutting the skin. There is a very limited risk of altering the look of the eyes or producing a rounded eye. The procedure takes place in a clinic as a day case. This is extremely variable. Improvement is not systematic; it may be permanent or it may last only three months. There is no way of knowing until the injection has been carried out.

I had hyaluronic acid injections in my dark circles to conceal the dark colouring. This technique did brighten my eyes, but unfortunately I had a reaction. I was diagnosed with scleroderma two months later. I would like to know how to correct my dark circles without any negative consequences for my health.
In general, the hyaluronic acid must first be removed, and fat must then be injected.
